The Somali Maternal and Fistula Care Organization (SOMAFCO) is a legally registered, non-profit humanitarian organization based in Mogadishu, Somalia. Since our founding on March 8, 2023, we have been committed to improving maternal health and eliminating obstetric fistula through community-driven development programs, medical interventions, education, and advocacy.
